Relocating three speaker strobes.

HVAC - Demolition and re-installation of existing HVAC Ductwork and RGDS in two separate Phases. All work per plans and Specifications on file with the Town of Westport Building Department. All work to be performed at Night starting at 6:00pm Sunday thru Thursday. Relocate HVAC two sensors included.

Demolish unused sprinkler drops and relocate 7 existing sprinkler heads.

1. Safely disconnect and make safe all electrical equipment and wiring being removed. 2. Repair existing non-functioning lighting fixtures as required. 3. Install four 4 owner-provided wall sconces and re-lamp existing fixtures as required; lamps provided by others. 4. Provide and install branch-circuit wiring and electrical devices for signs, mirrors, and millwork in accordance with the drawings. 5. Relocate buzzer and volume controls to two 2 locations. 6. Provide and install power and empty conduit for video monitors. 7. Provide and install empty conduit with pull string for low-voltage systems.

Interior renovation for Gap store on all three floors. Addition of a small number of outlets, lighting updates, relamping of existing fixtures, and like-for-like replacement of existing fixtures.

Install (2) illuminated wall signs, connecting to existing electric. Lucky Brand.

Installation of 2 illuminated wall signs 14"x14'5-5/8".

Install 2 wall signs 28 sf "express edit."
