Chimney liner - install 6" 316 s/s liner in heating flue to serve one oil-fired boiler. Insulate liner with chim-mix and cap with 12" - 8-by-8-foot extend-a-flue cap.

Replace the existing boiler in the basement with a Weil WTGO-4 cast-iron oil-fired boiler, a Carlin oil burner, and a tankless coil for domestic hot water.

Install a new bath fan, replace the wall sconce and devices, and install a new 20-amp circuit.

Full bathroom renovation off the main bedroom. Toilet, shower, and pedestal sink in the same locations.

Remodel the first-floor main bathroom.

Run 2 circuits from the panel to the condenser and from the panel to the attic air handler, hook up the system, and install a service outlet.

Install new air conditioning: 3.0 ton, 14 SEER. Condenser mounted outside on a prefabricated pad, and air handler mounted in the attic.

Recessed lighting, undercab. Lighting, cooktop, micro hood, dwasher, new location for wall oven fridge. Outlets to be reworked and added as required per current electrical code.

Kitchen remodel; the sink stays in the same place.

Add a toe-kick heater in the new part of the room and one in the kitchen.

Renovation of the existing kitchen and breezeway, including opening the wall between them, demolishing the kitchen, and installing new cabinetry, counters, lighting, and appliances. Match the breezeway floor to the existing kitchen floor height.
