Work description: Install approximately twenty-two 22 squares of new vinyl siding over existing exterior walls, including all required trim, J-channels, starter strips, and accessories. Install 1/2-inch insulation board and new vinyl siding on the garage exterior. Replace damaged siding sections as needed. Install new corner posts and seal all joints, penetrations, and transitions to provide a weather-tight finish. Remove existing windows and install twenty-five 25 new replacement windows with proper insulation, flashing, sealing, and exterior trim. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable building codes and manufacturer specifications. Upon completion, the jobsite will be cleaned and all construction debris will be removed.
