North Building IBC 2015, Interior fit out of existing office space on 3rd fllor of existing office building. Work includes new interior framing, finishes, lighting plumbing and minor mechanicals. State Ed Fee Paid $156 PLUMB: North Building. Third floor: 4 nw: water closets, 2 nw: lavs., 2 nw: sinks, 1 new water htr. HVAC: North Building. Relocate existing HP, add VAVs, refresh registers, grills, diffusers electrical: 347 devices installed; supply and install 73 new receptacles, 172 new light fixtures, install 8 new exit signs, supply and install 36 new lighting controls, 3 new isolite inverters, wire 8 VAV's, wire only 1: hot water heater, exhaust. Fan, 2 air conditioning split systems, 2 submeters, 1 120/208v 3 phase 100-amp panel, 40 new fire alarm devices.

Relocate the existing second-floor electrical closet 50 ft. West within the tenant space; frame and build a new closet and door; move existing panels and equipment to the new closet. State education fee paid: $6.76. Amendment #1: 10.27.16. Fit out existing floor with new MEPs and finishes.

With 2016 amendment. Interior office alterations. State education fee paid: $45.50.

Third-floor demolition. State education fee paid: $10.40. Electrical: 4 devices installed on the third floor. Demolition: Disconnect and safe off all lighting and receptacles; remove all unused cabling from the ceiling; install 2 temporary lights and 2 temporary GFI receptacles.

Lessee: Equity Partners. Interior alterations to the third-floor corridor and restroom. State education fee paid: $83.20.

Lessee Mercuria Energy Trading. Interior renovation of existing office space, including new mechanicals, new lighting and electricals, addition of a generator in the location of other existing generators, and new interior finishes. All work to be located on the lobby level and lower mechanical area. State education fee paid: $169.00.

Complete renovation of the existing squash building. Work to include the addition of a 5th squash court, new mechanical systems, new windows, new lights, and new interior finishes. State education fee paid: $364.00.

Lessee: AQR Capital Management LLC. Install a new glass entrance door on the Plaza Level from the elevator lobby to the tenant space. Change finishes to the new entrance. State education fee paid: $6.76.

Lessee: Ziff Brothers Investments LLC. Remove the communicating stair between the Lobby and Plaza Levels. Close the existing hole with steel and concrete. Patch finishes in areas around the stair, including sheetrock, ceilings, flooring, wall coverage, and painting. State education fee paid: $10.40. Electrical: 5 devices installed; remove existing lighting (4); rewire existing lighting (4); install 1 new light switch and 4 new lights. Electrical (2): Install Cat 6 cabling for new office furniture.

Install a new stair from ground level to the basement. State education fee paid: $7.80. Amendment 1, 2.21.17: $40 fee to relocate stairs. Plumbing, basement: 1 water closet, basin, and sink. Electrical: 15 devices installed; 2 ref.; 1 pump in bath. New lighting in the lower level, new bathroom, and bar area.
