Spec #1: New Roof Removal System 1. We will remove roof to the rafters and protect the building's walls and landscaping as best as possible. 2. We will provide and install 5/8" CDX plywood sheathing to roof. 3. We will provide and install GAF Synthetic Underlayment and GAF Starter roof shingles and GAF ice and water barrier at eaves and 4. We will cover the entire roof with GAF Timberline HDZ Ltd. Lifetime self-sealing fiberglass shingles. Color to be selected by owner. Class A. 5. We will provide and install new aluminum neoprene pipe boots. 6. We will provide and install aluminum edging at eaves and GAF ridge vents.
