Install a 59-by-79-foot sailcloth tent on a raised/leveled deck (4-foot elevation) for 250 guests, with a 20-by-40-foot catering tent connected by a 9-by-20-foot marquee. Installation is scheduled for Sunday 9/13, the event is on 9/16, and removal is scheduled for 9/17. Both tents will have safety code packages (lighted exit signs with battery backup, mounted fire extinguishers, and no smoking signs). The catering tent will also have a Class K extinguisher.
Temporary installation of one 46' × 106' Sperry tent with 14 7.5' × 20' clear sidewalls. The tent will contain a 12' × 24' band stage at 12 inches high and a 24' × 24' dance floor.
