Remodel the master bath by relocating the toilet, double vanity, and shower. Demolish the laundry on the first floor and install a new laundry on the second floor.

Rough in and install a powder room in the basement, rough in and install a laundry in the basement, and install a sewer ejector pump.

Remodel existing primary second floor bathroom approximately 120 sq fr. All plumbing to remain in same location.

Rough in and install a toilet, sink, and shower above the garage. Run a new sewer line for the bathroom to the existing ejecter pit. Supply and install a new sewer ejecter pump.

Rough and install a water fountain, bathroom toilet and sink, kitchenette sink, and 10-gal water heater.

Run new stack from basement to 2nd and third floor, install water main setup for water meters, rough and install bathroom toilet and sink for third floor kitchen and sink, run new water main from third floor down to water meter in basement and rough and install toil et and sink for second floor, run new water main line from second floor down to water meter in basement.

Rough and install: (a) master bath with 2 sinks, shower, and toilet; hallway bath with new toilet location, new tub in the same location, and rough sink in the same location. (c) New basement bath with toilet, sink, and shower; supply and install sewer ejector pit for basement bath; reconnect laundry in basement.

Run gas line for furnace.

Relocate the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator gas stove.

Rough and install powder room toilet and sink, rough and install toilet sink shower tub in master and 1 washed box in laundry and remove existing laundry and rough and install shower.

Rough in a full bathroom with a new sewer ejector; replace new water lines.

Rough in and install a toilet, sink, break room sink, mop sink, floor drain, and water heater.

Bring the basement, bath, toilet, sink, and shower up to code; install a gravity system to the sewer.
