Install 1 Weil McLain gas-fired boiler, model Ultra 299; install Carrier condensers, model 24acc, and 4 matching Carrier fan coils; install 1 Aprilaire humidifier and 1 Aprilaire HRV; complete gas piping for fireplace, boiler, and stove top. ACCA Manual J.
New ductwork for the basement area/gameroom theater; relocate the wine room cooling unit. Replace and install 5 new air conditioning and hydro systems; the boiler is not being replaced.
