Construct a new 6,800 SF, 2-1/2-story single-family home on the existing lot. The existing home is to be fully demolished under Demo Permit D-25-16. The poured concrete foundation is to be a flood-resistant raised-slab foundation on helical piles. All floors above the foundation slab are to be wood-framed using solid lumber, LVL, and TJI framing members. Steel moment frames are required as shown on the engineer’s drawings.
