Sign A: Install 1 illuminated wall sign on the east elevation, 2' high x 9'2" wide (18.3 SF). Sign B: Refurbish the existing freestanding sign by removing the existing cabinet and installing a new cabinet (17.5 SF) on the existing pole, with no change in setback or location. Sign C: Install 3 double-sided directional signs, 13" high x 30-1/2" wide (2.7 SF), with posts approximately 5' in overall height. Sign D: Install 1 drive-through clearance bar, 12' in overall height, with an 11' extending arm and PVC crash tube; includes 8" high x 55" wide (3.1 SF) aluminum letters. Sign E: Install 1 drive-through speaker canopy, 10' in overall height, with a 6' extending canopy and recessed lighting.

Sign A: Install 1 internally illuminated wall sign consisting of backer-mounted, face-lit channel letters, overall size 23"h x 110"w (17.56 SF), reading “Dunkin'.” Sign B: Install 1 externally illuminated wall sign consisting of PVC letters, overall size 31"h x 96-1/8"w (20.69 SF), reading “Stamford (Runs logo) Dunkin'.” Sign D: Install 4 replacement faces for two existing double-sided directional signs.
