    This is the building alteration portion of a project to convert an ~7'7" x ~6'6" bathroom into a smaller powder room (3' 3" x ~6'6") and a hallway (3'9" x 6'6" + wall). The building work will require erecting a non-loadbearing partition wall with standard-sized door down the middle of the existing room. Separate permits will be filed to (a) move the existing sink inside the newly partitioned powder room and rotate the existing toilet 90 degrees to maintain code clearances (have discussed with Dimitri at Mulvaney) and (b) adding a new GFCI outlet per code in the new curtain wall near the sink and adding a j-box for a light recepticle over said sink (contractor TBD).
