Review demolition check list, demo letter and associated requirements. 2. Review general permit conditions. 3. Prepare required documents and have them scanned as PDF documents. 4. Upload required documents in PDF format. 5. Once your application is received, it will be reviewed for completeness. 6. If everything is in order, you will receive an email advising you to obtain approvals from EPB and Health 7. If your project requires construction documents, you will be advised via email to upload such documents. 8. Please send an email to [email protected] once you have obtained necessary approvals and paid appropriate fees. 9. The demolition permit will be processed and sent to you via email. 10. If your application is deemed incomplete, you will be notified by email advising you to submit missing information. 11. All open permits must be closed out prior to permit issuance.
