Rebuilding garage and den, after a tree fell on their house back in the winter. We will be upgrading framing to 2-by-6-foot walls to accomodate new code compliant inuslation. Adding a new primary bedroom addition above existing garage/ den. The garage is 17-by-28-foot The den is 12-by-16-foot The new primary bedroom above garage is 17-by-20-foot The new primary bathroom is 10-by-12-foot There will also be 2 walk in closets for the primary suite, which combined total 190 sf.

Existing deck removed and add New 20-by-4-foot addition @ rear of house with block foundation wall and slab on grade. Kitchen, pantry, and laundry room renovation on first floor (appx. 500sf). Move laundry room to second floor hallway closet. Misc. Window replacements throughout space. In place of old deck, install new paver patio set in stone dust.

Cosmetic renovation of space- new 2-by-2-foot drop ceiling grid/ tiles- minor rework of recessed lighting. Replacement of floors, replace some display cases. New wall covering/ paint.

Renovation of 3 existing bathrooms throughout all 3 floors. Adding one half bath on first floor. The bathrooms have different shapes/ configurations but they are roughly10x 10,8-by-6-foot, 10-by-8-foot.
