We will be building one new detached home. It will be roughly 3100 ft.² each. They will have 3 bedrooms and 4 half bathroom one in the basement. It will have a two car garage is roughly 483 ft.² the left unit will have a 12-by-12-foot on grade covered patio. There will be a small 1ft depth overhand across the entire frnt of the house. Each house will have an identical layout the basement will be one open room all finished space with one egress window in the front. The first floor will have a kitchen, half bath, mud room with closets, family room, and dining room. The second floor will consist of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms each bedroom will have a walk-in closet. There will also be a laundry room in a hallway closet. The first floor will be roughly 750 ft.². The second floor will be roughly 1230 ft.² in the attic will be roughly 590 ft.² of finished space. The attic will be one open room. That’s all finished, but we will have a little closets where the head height is less than 6 feet with access doors. This will be probably where the air handler’s will go. The basement will also be roughly around 600 ft.² of finished space. For drainage see permit BP-24-85. This permit is for the second house.
