Phase One: foundation; demolition of the 2006 Freshman Gym, Coaches’ Offices, Freshman Locker Rooms, and the Maintenance Garage portion; and demolition of the old VOAG Building. Phase One only approved on 4/22/26. Phase Two will be approved at a later date. Phase Two: superstructure.

Remodel 5 bathrooms (no structural work needed). Modify section of kitchen. No layout changes; plumbing and electrical fixtures to remain in the same place. State education fee paid: $123.50.
