Emergency sanitary drain line replacement.

Remove existing insulate flexible ductwork and replace along with new supply and return grills on kitchen, storage area, back kitchen and drive thru, install new exhaust hood with new welded exhaust duct.

Install a new employee hand-wash sink and a new floor sink for the soda tower, with new PVC waste and vents connecting to existing systems and new water lines as needed.

Direct replacement of (2) HVAC rooftop units with curb adapters. Units are identified as D1 and K2.

Plumbing - relocate restroom fixtures - 3 water closets, 1 unit and 3 Lavs.

Replacement of Three Existing HVAC Roof Top Package Units.

Remove and replace 7 waterless urinals with flushometer-style flushometers; repipe as needed.

Remove existing insulated ductwork and replace it, along with supply and return grilles, within the new kitchen area. Install two new kitchen exhaust hoods with new welded exhaust ducts, and install new 3 M fire wrap on the new welded exhaust ducts.

Remove existing plumbing; install 4 new cast iron floor sinks for new kitchen equipment; relocate existing employee hand-wash sinks and one mop sink; re-pipe as needed.

Emergency repair/replacement of the sanitary drain outside the building on the property.

Direct replacement of the four HVAC rooftop units with curb adapters.

Install a new floor sink in the service area; remove and cap the old piping to the beverage station in the lobby.

Plumbing - renovate restroom to ADA compliance - 2 ADA water closet, 2 water closets, 2 urinals, 4 lavs and 2 floor drains.

Plumbing Work

First floor: 2 water closets, 3 sinks.

Install a new floor sink in the service area, and remove and cap the old piping to the beverage station in the lobby.

Plumbing: ADA upgrades to first- and second-floor restrooms.

Replacement of restroom fixtures: 2 ADA toilets and 2 lavatories.
