    Add 7'x7' free standing hot tub, on 7.5' x 7.5' cement slab, adjacent to existing patio, with minimum 12' setback from required 8' setback. Add 13' x13' pergola attached to house soffit on one end, and 2 raised poured footings on the unattached end. The Pergola KIT is metal, with operating louvres and low voltage light strip.
