Renovate the existing primary bathroom, hall bathroom, and first-floor laundry room.

Add a small bump out addition 6'2"x13'3" off the rear of the kitchen to add an eating area over the existing patio. Tie into existing liter drains on the rear patio. Remove 2 existing interior walls and install new beams as designed by engineer. Add new cabinets to existing dining room and small kitchen island, add several new windows on the first floor to the new addition wall, front of house and side wall of house. No grading work to be done, no soil disturbance, no drainage work to be done.

Add a bathroom to an existing mudroom.

Add a covered roof section over the existing patio at the rear of the structure. The structure will be attached to the existing house, as shown in the plans. Replace a French door setup in the living room leading to the patio. Reset the existing patio bluestone pavers.

Basement remodel on the unfinished side to include replacing the existing full bathroom, adding a wet bar, adding insulation, installing new drywall and flooring, adding lighting and switches, updating the ejector pump, adding 2 small awning windows, and replacing the existing interior stairs with new stairs.

Full kitchen remodel of an existing kitchen. Adding a pantry with a sink. Work will include plumbing and electrical.

Building-Residential Alteration

Add all new inteior prehung doors, replace all existing windows and one slider same sizes, replace existing hardwood floors, renovate existing kitchen, renovate primary bathroom, no structural work, update alarm system, smokes and co, paint. 5/12/25: Email received from the general contractor: asking to be removed from this permit.

Renovate existing kitchen, mud room, convert garage into a home gym and kitchen pantry. BPR-25-8: " No new work added. I am adding the updated drawings and engineering for phase 2. I already listed the work to be completed in the original permit. Build a new 2 car garage with a home office/ living area over garage along with a breezeway. ".

Renovate 3 bathrooms and 1 laundry room. The primary bathroom will be completed first then the other 2 bathrooms and laundry room will be completed together. Replacing windows inside of each bathroom and patching siding on the exerior.

Frame out an existing unfinished basement. Insulate and drywall. Install rubber and vinyl flooring, add outlets in the walls, recessed lighting in the ceiling, switches, trim out the egress windows and baseboards, paint. Existing alarm sytem is in place.
