Pour three new footings and frame a new 6-by-18-foot deck with stairs, new stringers and risers, new posts, and handrails to code.

Frame close opening under stairs and install door to make a closet and install fire rated drywall.

Reframe existing rotted wood in sunroom with new 2 x 4. Renovate first floor bathroom and second floor bathroom with existing layout. Close kitchen wall going into sunroom.

Demo and remodel 2 bathrooms on second floor using same current layout. Install new vanities in both bathrooms, install new tile floor, install new shower tiles, WORK DESCRIPTION HAS BEEN AMENDED. Description as follows: "demo and remodel 2 bathrooms on second floor using same current layout. Install 2 new mixing valve, install new vanities in both bathrooms, install new tile floor, install new shower tiles, install new toilets, install new mirror and sconce lights, vent and install new vent in bed room bathroom". Project cost has increased $9900. Fee for additional $7900 will be added to review dashboard. (Noted 10/6/21: MK).

Demolish and remodel the kitchen and bathroom using the same layout. Install a new bathroom vanity, new kitchen cabinets, new bathroom floor and shower tiles, and a new mirror. $4,700.

Work in two upstairs bathrooms. In a small hall bathroom, replace 1 tub with a shower and replace the vanity and faucets (45 SF). In the second upstairs bathroom, update the shower with tile instead of a vinyl insert. Replace the bathroom vanity and broken faucets. Repair tile near the existing tub, or replace it if it cannot be repaired (95 SF). 7/1/21: Customer email added to the scope of work. The project will now include replacement of 2 upstairs toilets. The project cost will increase by $500. The email has been added to the attachments.

Demo existing full bathroom. Install new tile and fixtures, keep existing layout.

Remove 1 layer of asphalt shingles down to the sheathing. Install new #30 felt paper, new drip edge, new ice and water on all perimeter, architectural shingles on the roof, and new caps. 22 squares. Renovate 3 bathrooms and the kitchen, keeping existing layouts, with new. Trade permits required.

Demolish and dispose of the existing bathroom. Install a new stand-up shower and all new fixtures.

Strip and re roof.

Remove and replace 1/2 roof on condo Unit 3B.

Install vinyl siding on a single-family residence.

Install new vinyl siding.

Strip and re-roof a single-family residence.

Install new roofing and 2 skylights.

Remove and re-roof; replace fascia boards and chimney flashing.

Bathroom remodel with new tile, toilet, mirror, and paint. Total permit amount to be determined upon issuance of the certificate of completion (code section 108.3, permit valuations). Payment adjusted 5-22-18.

Interior renovation to add walls and construct a full bathroom.
