Install approximately 20 square of 30 year Tampco 30 year architect asphalt shingles, and approximately 10 square of 20 year EPDM 60 mill rubber roof with copper drip edge, 1/2" fiber board underlayment for smooth contact fastened with 3" metal plates, remove existing top layer of asphalt shingles, leaving melted thin mineral roll roof on sheathing not to disturb existing plywood. Remaining asphalt shingles will be removed from sturcter on lower roofs as well + garage area and carted away, entire structure shall be covered with ice shield completely, with 8" white aluminum drip edge, no ridge vent is nessesary due to no ridges only hips on garage section, Gutters shall remain as is, but cleaned out of any debris upon completion.job performed solely by Felix rubino, no employees or subs.
