Provide and install a 13' x 7' Soak Pool package with a multi-step entrance and integrated automatic cover system. Install the anchor and anti-buoyancy pad per FEMA requirements, including full chaining of the pool to the buoyancy pad. Construct a FEMA-rated platform at the rear of the property to set equipment at the required FEMA height per local guidelines. Remove the existing deck as needed and integrate the new pool into the existing deck structure as shown on the latest renderings.
