Include all line hide, labor, and materials.

System check and operation to confirm maximum performance and efficiency.

Remove existing air handler and condensing unit and install new air handler and condensing unit in same location, tie into existing ductwork and reconnect existing electrical.

Location. Will tie into existing ductwork and electrical.

Remove the existing system and reinstall a new furnace flex ductwork system, including grills and registers. Install (2) thermostats and a line set from the condenser to the furnace, along with a complete AC system.

10900 Tie into existing water lines and electrical. Direct Vent with 2in pipe. Will be removing all current wood deck boards and replacing with.

1800 install new water heater.

Demo of existing vents, add and replace supply and return ductwork, install exhaust fan with ductwork along with dryer vent from space up through roof.

Install new flex lines on existing ductwork in the space, with new grilles and registers; supply and install new thermostats and (2) 2-ton heat pump ductless units.

HVAC Work

Vent new hood to exhaust fan on roof, install new downdraft fresh air fan on existing curb, install ductwork to fan to kitchen unit, supply and install speed control for electrician to wire, install new feeds off existing RT into kitchen space and side room (second floor) - no black iron welding needed for installations to be done/supplied by others all electrical and hoods.

Install 2 new returns, ductwork, grilles, registers, and an RTU. Reconnect the original gas pipe. Dogtopia Dog Day Care.

Mechanical — replace AC — “Staples.”
