G. S. R. Will not shingle the shed and G. S. R. Will shingle the entire roof of the home in Owens Corning Duration in Onyx Black or Williamsburg Gray (wife is making her decision). The customer currently has does not have any Vented Soffits G. S. R will be adding in a Ridge Vent and adding an Inflow Vents (95.8’ LF). Customer has 1 Brick Cricket Chimney that will be Flashed in Cooper. Customer currently has 2 Skylights. G. S. R. Will be adding in 4 new Manual Opening Skylights. Customer is aware G. S. R. Dos not do any interior work where those skylights are currently. The customer currently has 2 vent pipes(s). The customer does access to the attic via a Crawl Space, however it is covered in Drywall andUnable to see condition of the decking. 13sq.

Roofing Permit Description – 41 SquaresWe will be removing the existing roofing system down to the roof decking and installing a new complete roofing system with approximately 41 squares. The work includes replacing any damaged plywood as needed, installing full Ice and Water Shield, SimTape on all plywood joints, and synthetic underlayment according to Building Code requirements. We will install new shingles and all necessary roofing components, including drip edge, flashings, ridge vent, and accessories required to bring the roof up to code. No structural changes will be made.

Remove the existing asphalt shingle roofing system and install a new Owens Corning complete roofing system over approximately 28 squares. Installation includes ice and water shield at eaves and penetrations, synthetic underlayment, starter strip, architectural asphalt shingles, ridge vent, ridge caps, metal drip edge, flashing as required, and proper ventilation. Work will be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable local and state building codes.
