The foundation system consists of cast-in-place concrete pile caps and mats supported by driven HP12x84 piles with a capacity of 200 tons. The work also includes perimeter grade beams and any interior grade beams required to support eccentrically loaded pile caps. The ground-floor slab will be a structural slab on grade but is not included in this work. The superstructure supported by the foundations consists of cast-in-place flat-plate slabs supported by columns and shear walls. The work also includes all underground plumbing.
