Install new Fiber Cement, Hardie Plank-Lap Siding, 7-inch exposure to the weather (JamesHardie), gaps will be sealed with James Hardie caulk, Color: Homeowner’s preference. Install custom aluminum capillary break on roof to sidewall. Install a strip of white 2†metal vent on soffit. Install custom 5/4†X5/4†PVC inside corner posts. Remove existing gutters and replace with new Black Aluminum 5†K-style gutters with gutter guards and all accessories. Install Foam Board underneath the HardiePlank to uneven areas of the home.
