Hello, I am applying for an after the fact permit. We bought a fixer upper and completed internal work on the house to make the house liveable for our family of 5. Please see updates below. 1) Reconfigured foyer to open staircase into dining room2) Switched powder room to closet and closet to powder room- new bathroom and closet in foyer3) Moved kitchen to the back of the house and made kitching dining room. New kitchen with cabinets, fridge, oven and stove top which is propane. Put in an island. New electrical and pendants. 4) updated fire place in Den- fixed non working fire place propane already had it there5) Added window in dining room6) Created access from garage to mudroom7) recessed lighting through out8) added hardwood floors in foyer and in office9)finished basement with walk out and fixed broken stairs to basement10) reset walk way in front11) refinished pool deck12) Created pantry with sink and dishwater with window in that room added outlets. 13) tiled the mudroom. 14) added new doors throughout home.
