Interior kitchen renovation including demolition and replacement of existing kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances and kitchen island; ceiling repair/modifications; refinishing existing wood floors; removal of existing interior stair access and related framing modifications; creation of a new closet/storage area within the space resulting from stair removal on the first floor; structural modification involving replacement/addition of beam to remove existing interior column in kitchen area. No change to building footprint, lot coverage, use, bedrooms or exterior dimensions.

1) Finish Basement with a playroom, mudroom, office and gym (aprox 1,000 SF)2) First floor: relocation of kitchen, enlarging master suite (new WIC, new/bigger bathrrom). Redoing existing half bathroom. Adding pantry and wet bar. 3) Second floor: addition of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and laundry (aprox 250 SF). Redoing existing bathroom.
