Replace plywood as needed ($85 per 1/2 sheet; $95 per 3/4 sheet). Install 8” drip edge around the house. Install ice and water completely from top to bottom. Install new Owens Corning 50-year-warranty shingles. Replace all boot pipes and bathroom vents. Install new lead around the chimney, including all step flashing. Install a plastic ridge vent for better airflow and ventilation. Clean up debris and waste. Put back anything that may have been moved out of the way.
