This permit is for an interior reconfiguration of an existing retail tenant space. The current space of 8,000 SF is being reduced to 5,000 SF. The scope of work includes: construction of a new, rated demising wall to separate the space, construction of 2 new restrooms, construction of a new store room. The Electric scope of work will include supplying the newly constructed restrooms for lighting and related devices and removing the electrical supply for devices located outside of the new tenant space which include interior lights and 1 of the 2 HVAC systems which will be supplied from an electric panel that is located in an adjacent, unoccupied space. The plumbing scope will include connecting the new restrooms to existing building waste, vent and water lines. The current mechanical system comprised of two separate package units will require no significant modifications to serve the future space. Fire Alarm system will remain in place as current. Fire Alarm devices will be re-mapped to new space configuration. New devices will be added where necessary. No changes to exterior doors or building footprint or the site in general.
