The proposed revisions to the originally approved plans include the following for all four residential units: Each basement level is proposed to be fully finished, with one (1) bedroom, one (1) full bathroom, and one (1) living room area per unit. A roof deck has been added at the attic level of each unit, accessed from the attic space and intended for private outdoor use. Each unit will include an additional full bathroom within the attic level.

The proposed revisions include enhancements to the originally approved plans for all three residential units. The updates are as follows:Basement Build-Out (All Units):Each of the three basement levels is now proposed to be fully finished. The revised layout includes the addition of 1 bedroom, one 1 full bathroom, and one 1 living room area per unit. Roof Deck Additions (All Units):Roof decks have been added at the attic level for all 3 units. These decks will be accessed from the attic spaces and are intended for private outdoor use. Attic Bathroom Additions (Units 1 and 2):Two of the 3 units (Units 1 and 2) will now include an additional full bathroom within the attic level. No attic bathroom is proposed for Unit 3. These revisions are intended to enhance the functionality and livability of the units while maintaining consistency with the overall design and structure of the originally approved plans.

Take down the nonconforming retaining wall and build a new one to code.
