This application is for an extension of my existing outdoor deck and installation of an above ground HotSpring hot tub (seats 5 people) on top of the deck. The deck extension will measure 16 x 16 for 256 SF. I will not add a staircase to this are but rather use the existing staircase which is at the far end of the existing deck area. There is a locking gate at the top of the existing deck stairs. I also have a 54" fence (solid white PVC fencing + 54" aluminum fencing visible to the street at the bottom of my driveway. I have 3 gates for entry at various locations, all with the opening mechannism at the top of the gates. The spa model is called the Sovereign and I will use salt water so it only needs to be drained and refilled once annually.
