Install 50' of 3/4 flex gas piping from the existing header in the utility room to the stove. Install a remote gas shutoff in the cabinet and tie into the stove upon completion.

Install a new shower valve and vinyl shower pan, new basin valves and faucet, and a new toilet in the master bath. Work also includes a new shower, valve, and pan; basin valves and faucet; a new toilet; and adding a new tub valve.

Plumbing for the master bathroom, including moving the toilet location; revamping the waste and water lines for two new vessel sinks in a double vanity; roughing in new waste and water lines for a new soaking tub and new shower fixtures; installing fixtures for completion; and moving the stove gas line with a new shutoff in the cabinet.

Disconnect existing 16 kW generator and tie in gas to new 16 kW propane-fired generator. Receipt No. 21-0412.

Install an Hi gas line from the meter into the utility room and tie into the existing 1" gas line that is to feed the new generator. Receipt 20-1845 for $40 paid.

Basement: 1 new tub and basin; move clothes washer. Install an ejector pump in the basement to service the new bathroom and laundry relocation.

Mechanical: Install a gas line to the dryer and future gas boiler.

Second floor: Replace 1 water closet, tub, and basin; remove existing fixtures, replace old drain and water lines if necessary, and re. Install fixtures.

Install a new gas line for the addition of a new stove/cooktop.

First floor: Replace 2 water closets and 1 basin; install a shower, 1 new tub, and a dishwasher. Move 1 basin and sink. Install a new kitchen sink, waste, and water. Install gas to the stove and tie in.

Plumbing: Revamp existing waste, vent, and water lines for a new master bath; install fixtures upon completion.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels of unit: install gas line to all 3 fireplaces and install log sets. Black pipe on the outside for the lower level and Wardflex for the others. Note: The main gas header located on the left side of the complex is bonded.

First floor: replace 1 sink and dishwasher; ice maker line for new kitchen.

Install log lighters in the living room, den, and outside fireplaces. Note: Gas piping and shut-offs were installed when the unit was built.

Basement: 1 new laundry basin; replace 1 clothes washer and hose bibb. Install waste, vent, and water lines for existing washing machine and L-sink. Also install a frostproof sillcock in place of the old faucet. Note: Mechanical vents to be used due to no availability of existing vents.
