Remodel and/or Renovate.

Interior alterations to the first and second floors. Add 2 new bathrooms and renovate, 3 existing bathrooms. Remodel the kitchen and dining area. Remove the masonry fireplace and chimney. Expand the master bedroom on the second floor within the existing footprint. Add a dormer at the second floor above the garage. Add a covered front porch, rear steps, and landing. 11/15/2022: Relocate existing air conditioning condensers (MTC). 4/19/2023: Install a 1,000-gallon underground propane tank (PFausty). 8/3/2023: Add a rear patio with a Cultec drainage system (PFausty).

New 2 story addition and alteration.10/31/2022-HVAC systems added to scope of work, $12,000.00 added cost-MTC4/27/2023- The Patio is pavers on stone dust and size as shown on As-built; There was modification of the contour of the existing landscape wall as shown on the As-built - we didn't add any height or length to it, nor did we change the width of the apron and original curbing is still in place; Shed is 10' x 14.2' and of pre fab moveable stand alone construction with no foundation, comment by Steve Grabowski-MTC.

Interior alterations, including a new laundry room and bathroom on the ground floor; opening nonstructural walls on the first floor to create a more open layout; renovating the kitchen on the first floor and the master bathroom on the second floor; installing new windows throughout and a new roof. 11/29/2021: Adding air conditioning to the scope of work. MTC.

Interior alterations include relocating the washer and dryer to the rear of the home; swapping the locations of the master bedroom and family room; enlarging the closet for access from the master bedroom; opening a wall to expose the staircase in the family room; installing a gas fireplace and 2 windows in the family room; creating a pantry in the kitchen; enlarging the first-floor bathroom; and relocating the HWH to a closet on the exterior wall of the home.

Construct an approximately 40 SF addition to create a breezeway between the kitchen and family room; construct 2 new dormers on second-floor bedrooms; remodel the kitchen; open the wall between the family room and dining room; remodel the first- and second-floor bathrooms. Trade permits required. Stamped print to be reproduced and left on site. 8/10/2020: Reverted for EPB and Zoning approvals to place condenser. MTC.
