We have a letter of authorization and have been requested to install a new sign package for Dunkin'. The package consists of 3 new internally illuminated channel letter signs and the reface of 3 existing internally illuminated light box signs. The channel letter sets are replacing similar signs and will occupy similar square footage to the existing electrical equipment, with a lesser electrical load. Set 1 is located on the face of the building and has a 24" letter height, is 7'6" wide, and has a total area of 21.54 SF. It is mounted to raceways fastened to a beam on the storefront. Set 2 is a 36"-tall, 2'-1 3/4"-wide coffee cup logo mounted to a back panel to conceal electrical components. Total area: 6.45 SF. This sign is fastened to the exterior brick with masonry lag shields and bolts. Low-voltage power runs through conduit to connect to an interior AC current junction box. Set 3 is a set of channel letters 2'6" high x 13'-5 1/2" wide, with a total area of 33.66 SF. It is mounted directly to brick with masonry lag shields and lag bolts. Low-voltage wires pass through the brick wall with typical sealed conduit.
