Remove the existing 275-gallon fuel oil storage tank and install a 275-gallon Roth model DWT1000LH Double Wall fuel oil storage tank in the same location.
Remove existing boiler and install a Burnham MPO-IQ189 boiler, oil burner, controls, 5 007E IFC circulator, 1 Taco 6 zone circulator relay panel, water feeder, low water cut-off, backflow preventer, air scoop, expansion tank, smoke pipe, Field blocked vent switch and any misc fittings. We will reuse the indirect water and fan in the can.
Remove the existing boiler from the premises and install a Burnham EMP182E-TL cast iron boiler with an Alliance AL55LT indirect water heater. Also install a Fresh Air Kit.
Remove and dispose of the existing 275-gallon vertical fuel oil storage tank from the basement and install (1) 275 Gallon Granby ECOPLUS vertical fuel oil storage tank in the same location.
Remove and dispose of existing 2 275-gallon vertical fuel oil storage tanks and install 2 275-gallon Granby ECOGARD vertical fuel oil storage tanks in the same location.
Remove and dispose of the existing 275-gallon vertical fuel oil storage tank and install 1 275 Gallon Granby ECOPLUS vertical fuel oil storage tank in same location.
Remove and dispose of the existing 275-gallon fuel oil storage tank and install a Granby double-wall 2in1 265-gallon fuel oil storage tank in the same location.
Remove and dispose of (2) 275-gallon vertical fuel oil storage tanks and install (1) 330-gallon Granby ECPOLUS vertical fuel oil storage tank in the same location.
Remove and dispose of a 275-gallon horizontal fuel oil tank located under the deck, and install a new 275-gallon Granby horizontal fuel oil storage tank in the same location.
Remove and dispose of the existing 330-gallon vertical fuel oil storage tank from the basement and install (1) 275-gallon Granby ECOGARD vertical fuel oil storage tank in the same location.
Remove and dispose of the existing 275-gallon horizontal fuel oil storage tank and install a 275-gallon Granby 20 Plus horizontal fuel oil storage tank in the same location.
Remove both existing furnaces from the premises and install two Thermopride warm air furnaces with ECM blower motors and two Aprilaire model 2210 Air Purity systems (first-floor right side and first-floor front). Install a fresh air kit. Remove both existing air conditioning condensers and A-coils and install new indoor air conditioning coils and outdoor air conditioning condensers (first-floor right-side unit and first-floor unit).
