Replace the pylon sign head, measuring 4'-10" x 10'-0", with one measuring 4'-6" x 11'-1" on the existing pole. Replace two wall signs on the side and front walls. Each sign measures 3'-2" x 18'-11" (60 SF). The front wall and rear wall are both 40'-0" in length. The pylon sign head and two wall signs are internally illuminated with LED. Install two Drive Thru ATM signs and one clearance sign on the canopy to indicate lanes. The lane signs are not lit.

Install one new sign reading Lumen, measuring 2'-0" x 14'-2 1/2", on a 160' lease space. The sign will be internally illuminated with LED modules inside the letters and wired to the existing primary currently used for the Century Link sign.

Replace two existing wall signs reading Mattress Firm with two wall signs reading Banfield Pet Hospital. Both wall signs are on raceways and are 43.2 SF. Both signs are lit by internal LED and will be wired to existing feeds. Replace the face in the rear wall sign reading Banfield Pet Hospital (29.8 SF), with no change in size or structure. Replace tenant panels in the existing ground sign (4.8 SF), with no change in size or structure.

Install one wall sign measuring 1'-0" x 17'-8" (18.4 SF) on a storefront that is 31'-8" in length. The sign will read “Medly Pharmacy” and will be internally lit by LED. Install one blade sign measuring 1'-0" x 3'-0". Install one non-lit awning measuring 16" x 26'-9" with an 18" projection.

Install two replacement signs on the building. Both signs are non-lit and measure 4'-8" x 12'-10".
