Turn the three season front, 1 story, 112 sf, 6'x7 to open into the Family room. Open 16' wall install engineered beam and posts, install 3 vinyl insulated r 26 windows totaling 8' long on the front wall.

Remodel the existing house with interior paint and refinish hardwood on second floor. Remove hall bathroom, Linnen closet and short rear bedroom wall on second floor. Rebuild 2 bathrooms complete with new windows and going into large rear bedroom a few feet. Rebuild new Linnen closet on opposite interior side of same bedroom. Demo kichen and interior wall and coat closet. Install steel beam and posts with stamped engineered drawings. Install new Kitchen cabinets, appliances, countertop, sink, 1 new window and electrical with recessed lights. Demo existing first floor bathroom and remodel complete. Remove short wall on left side to open the same as the right side for an open staircase the first few risers. Install new Air conditioning to the existing new boiler sustem for Hydro air system with air handler on the second floor withduct work and grills. Condensor exterior right side of the house or right rear. Remove existing different types of finish flooring on the first floor and installnew hardwoodon the first floor. Sheetroock as needed and paint to complete.

Interior alteration only: Demolition of an existing abandoned firebox and hearth and existing wall finishes; relocation of the existing electrical outlet, lighting fixture, and low-voltage wiring; and new appliance electrical connections and wall finish.

Remove the flat roof and build a Cathedral gable roof over the Family room.

Remove and install new electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and recessed lights; replace most windows and rotten exterior boards; and paint the interior and exterior. Remove 2 walls to enlarge the kitchen into the family room, with 2 girders, 1 center post, and 3 end posts to concrete. Install sleepers to raise the family room to kitchen height by 3". Install new kitchen cabinets, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and lighting. Reduce the large powder room to make a smaller powder room with a new toilet and sink, and add a pantry with shelving. Install 2 new mini-split units. Install new hardwood flooring and refinish flooring in some rooms. Revised air-conditioning location. MJS, dated 12/5/2023.

Interior to kitchen of single-family residence; E21-0275-Ele No Fee: Rewire kitchen recepticle appliances - refrigerator, hood, oven, microwave, 15 recess lights, dining room center light, 2 pendant lights; P21-0138-plumbing No Fee: Rough kitchen sink, hook up dishwasher and ice maker hook up range to existing gas connection.

Remodel kitchen and add a powder room. Convert an existing bedroom to a new master bathroom on the second floor. State education fee: $23.40. Electrical: Rewire kitchen receptacles, kW, refrigerator, microwave-hood, 10 recessed lights, and appliances; add a subpanel. Plumbing on the first floor: Move 1 water closet, basin, sink, and dishwasher; relocate the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and icemaker; relocate the first-floor toilet and sink; relocate the gas stove and reconnect gas for the fireplace.

1. Open an existing partition wall in the kitchen to create a 20' finished opening with a steel beam and steel post to a concrete footing. A signed, stamped engineer's structural plan is attached. Remove electrical if needed. 2. Remove 4 windows in the rear wall and install, 3 windows with a diving structural post for the existing header. If the header consists of 4 separate pieces, install a new one if needed after demolition work for review. 3. Remove and replace the kitchen cabinets and install recessed lights and outlets.

Demolish the existing wood deck and deck concrete post foundation to 6” below grade. Attach a temporary wood guard rail to the existing deck ledger in front of the existing first-floor sliding door. Install 14 new fixed windows with a U-factor of. 27, new cedar siding, new house wrap, new 3-inch rigid insulation, and new drainboard. Trade permits required.

Demolish the existing paver walkway on the side of the house and the patio at the back of the house. Reseed the demolished area with new grass. Install a new retaining wall and fill, a new ground-level wood deck at the entry, 6" above grade, and a new two-level wood deck at the back of the house.

Remove the existing exterior deck and replace the footings, joists, and steps with pressure-treated wood. Install Trex PVC flooring, treads, and railing if the deck is over 28'' high from grade.

Remodel the existing second-floor hall bathroom. Remove the existing chimney to create additional space for the same bathroom and first-floor family room. Build down a small section of the family room’s vaulted ceiling. Electrical and plumbing work. Subcontractors to apply for required permits.

Remodel existing master bathroom, complete gut, new lights, tub, toilet, 2 sinks, shower, tile floor, tile shower raise ceiling 10'. 1) To meet current codes 2015 with Connecticut Amendments 2018. 2) Sub-contractors to apply for required permits.

Remodel the master bedroom suite. Add a fireplace in the bedroom and a new roof deck over the existing first-floor room, with structural steel on the first floor to support the deck.

Remove a partition wall in the existing second-floor bathroom. State education fee paid: $2.34.

Remove and cart away the existing kitchen cabinets, sink, and appliances. Install new kitchen cabinets, appliances, and sink. Remove a 2' wall and add a single Microlam to the existing header above. Install a small amount of electrical work to code. Install a new stove vent and exhaust to the exterior of the house.

Interior alterations to a single-family dwelling: remodel the kitchen, remove the dining room wall, install a structural beam, and install a new transom window. Made inactive because of duplicate application. SR 8/19/19.

New construction on the existing foundation; rebuild due to the home destroyed in a fire in March 2018.

Insulate the attic with spray foam. Build an 18' x 14' storage room with framing, carpet, sheetrock, paint, trim, a door, a railing around the pull-down stairs, and electrical work. State education fee paid: $7.80. In accordance with Section R314.2, CSBC, the household fire alarm system installed under this permit is required to be owned by the owner. The owner is responsible for having the system maintained in accordance with NFPA 72 and monitored by an approved supervising station in accordance with NFPA 72.

Replace drywall and renovate kitchen cabinets, bathroom, and half bathroom due to water damage. State education fee of $30.68 paid.

Remodel the kitchen and move the laundry on the first floor. No structural changes. Needs GFI. Will call Bob, then OK to close out.
