Rough-in and hookup of fixtures for a new house: 8 bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms, kitchen, gym water fountain, and barroom; gas to water heater, 3 fireplaces, stove, barbecue and meter; sewer. First floor: 4 new water closets, 6 new sinks, 1 new shower, clothes washer, and dishwasher. Basement: 4 new hose bibs. Second floor: 4 new water closets, 3 new tubs, 6 new sinks, 2 new showers, and clothes washers. Amendment (4/26/21): 1000-gallon propane tank and 500-gallon propane tank.

Building #4 – 2-family dwelling. Basement: 1 new water closet, tub, basin, floor drain, and 2 new hose bibs. First floor: 1 new water closet, basin, sink, and dishwasher. Second floor: 2 new water closets, tubs, 3 new basins, 1 new shower, sink, and clothes washer. Third floor: 1 new water closet, basin, and shower. Gas to 1 meter, hot water heater, stove, barbecue, dryer, and sewer.

Basement: replace 1: water closet, basin, sink clothes washer, 1 nw: shower; First floor: replace 1: water closet, basin, 1 nw: sink, dishwasher; Second floor: replace 1 water closet, 1 nw: water closet, replace 2: tubs, replace 1: basin, 2 nw: basins, replace 1: shower; relocate gas to generator, hookup water heater; rehookup gas to: boiler, firepit.

Run 2 zones of hydro-pipe from the boiler to units in the basement and attic for the first and second floors. The boiler is to be reused; hydro units and ductwork by others.

Basement: 4 new water closets, basins, and showers; 4 floor drains. Water service and sewer lines run into townhomes; rough underground plumbing for 4 units. Building units: A, B, C, D, with water service and sewer service. Amendment (11/29/18): First floor: 4 new water closets, basins, sinks, and dishwashers. Second floor: 8 new water closets, tubs, 12 new basins, 4 new showers, laundry tub, and clothes washer Third floor: 4 new water closets, basins, and showers. Rooftop: 4 new sinks and dishwashers.
