Replace Pylon, wall mounted and site signage for Bank of America Branch 14 High Ridge Rd.

Install a new 183.1875" x 245" (311.7 SF) internally illuminated "Shop Rite" sign with logo and new 12" x 278" (23.17 SF) internally illuminated "Cingari Family Markets" channel letters. Make the final hardwire connection to the existing power source within 6' of each sign.

Install a new 4' 6-3/8" x 8' 5-3/4" (38.4 SF) internally illuminated wall sign and a 1'-6" x 3' (4.5 SF) illuminated blade sign on the north elevation. Install a new 2' x 20'-2" (40.3 SF) internally illuminated wall sign on the west elevation. Install a new 2' x 1'-10" (3.7 SF) illuminated burger logo on the south elevation. Reface only the tenant panels on two ground signs: #1,4' x 5' (20 SF); and #2,1'-8" x 3'-2" (5.3 SF). Install new door/window vinyl.

Install new wall signs on the front and side elevations as follows: 7'-8 1/16" x 7'-8" (58.8 SF) logo, plus 1'-10 3/4" x 11'-9 27/32" (22.4 SF) "ACURA" letters.

Install two 1' 8" x 13'-8.8" (22.8 SF) internally illuminated “Panera Bread” wall signs. Install one 3' 4" x 3' 2.8" (10.7 SF) internally illuminated logo on the south elevation. Reface only the existing 1' 6" x 7' (10.5 SF) double-sided tenant panel in the existing ground sign. Install 5 new 18" x 12" (1.5 SF) parking signs.

Install the following internally illuminated signs: 1 6' x 7'-3" (43.5 SF) Honda logo; 1 3' x 20'-10" (62.5 SF) “Stamford” letters; 2 2' x 8' (16 SF) “Express Service” signs; 1 2'-6" x 22'-5 7/16" (56.1 SF) “Honda” letters; 1 2'-6" x 26'-2 13/16" (65.6 SF) “Service Center” letters; and 1 5'-5" x 5'-5" (29.3 SF) ground sign at 8'-7 9/16" overall height. Make the final connection to the existing power source within 6' of each sign.

Install the following new signs: Two new 2' x 8' (16 SF) non-illuminated wall signs inside of garage entrances; One new 5'-6" x 15'-6 1/4" (85.4 SF) non-illuminated wall sign on the outside of the garage; One new 2' x 1'-6" (3 SF) non-illuminated directional sign; Twenty five 2' x 1'-6" (3 SF) non-illuminated parking signs; New door vinyl.

Install the following new signs: four 4'-2" x 2'-7" (10.8 SF) non-illuminated directional signs at 6' OAH; one 8" x 8'-10" (5.9 SF) halo-lit "Waterstone" letterset (make final connection to existing power source within 6' of sign); and one 1'-6 7/8" x 2' (3.14 SF) non-illuminated wall plaque.
