New construction of the Puerto Vallarta tenant space per the construction documents, including the exterior façade and patio space. Trades include select demolition, masonry, custom casework, chair rail, crown, EIFS, roofing (metal coping), Frms/Drs/Hdwr, overhead door, glazing, metal dividers, drywall, plaster finish, FRP, ACT, wood ceilings, carpet, painting, wall coverings, green wall, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, signage (neon and custom), draperies, window treatments, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.

Interior demolition of all walls and ceilings to the perimeter, except the elevator and stair core and restrooms. Tie up existing diffusers and install upright sprinkler heads.
