Provide 2 condensing gas furnaces with a new duct distribution system for heat only.

Replace existing gas furnace and Dxeml serving second floor. Bedrooms (furnace in attic, 80%); replace condensint unit interconnecticut the dxcoil.

Replace existing boiler with 2 gas-fired boilers (Buderus). Receipt 20-2079.

Kitchen renovation: kitchen exh. Ductwork, makeup air, bath exhaust. Ductwork, relocate 2 supply air registers, modify reivin air in family room.

Modify existing supply air and return air ductwork for the renovated kitchen area; provide kitchen hood exhaust ductwork. Makeup air is not required; the exhaust fan is rated for 400 CFM.

IMC. Provide 2 condensing gas-fired furnaces and complete duct distribution systems serving the first- and second-floor area. ACCA Manual J.

All work as per plans and specifications on file: 3 Carrier hydro-air systems, 1 garage unit heater, 1 kitchen makeup air system, and 1 gas-fired boiler.

Replace the existing hydro-air system serving the second-floor area. Extend ductwork to serve the new master suite addition. Replace the existing hydro-air system serving the first floor and replace ductwork with new. Provide 4-head ductless split heat pumps. Radiators on the third floor; 2 radiators in the basement.

Gatehouse: Furnish and install a ductless split heat pump to serve the gatehouse. AKU to be a cassette type located within the ceiling.

Provide gas furnace, 2nd and third floor. And air conditioning; provide cond. Gas furnace, first floor. And basement and air conditioning; dryoer vent, bath exst., ERV.

Modify and extend ductwork to serve the new addition and renovated rooms; relocate the air handler serving the second floor; reconnect hot water coils to existing hot water piping. Interior work.

Modify register and grille locations to serve the new partitions in the master suite. Relocate 2 condensing units about 10 ft. (one new, one existing). Replace 1 condensing unit serving the master suite.

Provide 1 central air conditioning system to serve the house.

Provide a new duct distribution system to serve the renovated portion of the house; reconnect new piping, DX piping, and drain piping; bathroom exhaust. Ductwork quantity: 2. Provide a new variable-speed fan coil unit.

Provide condensing gas furnace and duct distribution system to heat the house.

Due to fire damage, replacing the existing first-floor air handlers; replacing the gas-fired boiler with a Burnham gas boiler; indirect hot water heater; new pumps (5). Interior only.

Provide new gas furnace and duct distribution system to serve newly finished third floor. Area; provide kitchen and exit M/P air; provide basement ductwork third floor. Bath.

Provide 2 gas furnaces, one to serve the second floor and one to serve the first floor; provide 1 ERV, kitchen exhaust, makeup air, dryer vent, and bath exhaust.

Modify ductwork per new partitions; create a 3-zone system; kitchen hood exhaust; utilize existing HVAC equipment, Carrier heat pump.

Furnish and install 1 gas-fired garage unit heater to temper the air in the garage.

Replace the existing heating and air conditioning system with a new system. Provide 2 condensing gas furnaces with air conditioning, new ductwork, bathroom exhaust ductwork, and kitchen exhaust ductwork.

Extend the existing supply air main to serve the new breakfast room addition; provide 3 supply air floor registers; utilize the existing HVAC equipment.

Provide 2 condensing gas furnaces, a central air conditioning system, kitchen hood exhaust, kitchen makeup air, bath exhaust, and a dryer vent.

Replace the existing gas-fired steam boiler with a hot water boiler: 173000 BTU. Provide 2 hydro-air heating and central air conditioning systems, one on the first floor and the second on the second floor.

Detached barn: Relocate the existing S/A register to center on lights and door; provide new S/A registers to serve the new entry and bathroom. Utilize the existing HVAC system (propane gas furnace, central air conditioning).

Replace the kitchen hood exhaust with new; provide kitchen makeup air and relocate 2 ceiling registers in the renovated kitchen.

Old garage heated with cast iron radiation; new finished space with hydro-air heat.

Rec room: Convert the air conditioning system to a hydro-air system by adding a coil; modify or replace ductwork per new partition. Den: Relocate existing air handlers to closet; reconnect ductwork; add s/a and r/a to new den.

Modify and extend the existing duct distribution system; relocate PVC venting for 2 existing condensing gas furnaces; relocate 2 existing condensing units.

Provide 2 condensing gas furnaces; duct distribution system, bath exhaust., dryer vent, kitchen and exhaust, kitchen makeup air.

Modify existing HVAC to serve the renovated family room, specifically by providing new ductwork for 4 supply air registers.

Condensing gas furnace and 1 central air conditioning system (guesthouse).

Provide hydro-air heating for the library space. Amendment (11/16/18): Gas piping to serve the library; in addition, rough underground gas piping for future gas heating of the cottage.

Modify ductwork to serve foyer and to serve bathroom; replace existing oil-fired boilers (2), and indirect D. H. W. htr. With propane fired condensing gas boiler Amendment(9/26/17)Provide Hydro-Air Heating system.

Second floor: Utilize the existing HVAC system; relocate supply air and return air registers per new partitions. First floor: Utilize the existing HVAC system; extend ductwork to serve the new addition, and relocate sidewall registers and grills to the floor.

Relocate duct risers to accommodate a new bath on the first floor; install a bath exhaust; relocate the return and grille on the first floor.

Replace existing ceiling grills with slat grills; provide a zone of hydronic radiant heat to serve the bathroom.

Type B double-wall flue pipe for a new gas-fired domestic hot water heater (plumber installing). The new size is 7", replacing the existing 4" flue.

Relocate supply air registers due to new ceiling height in master ste.; relocate DX pipe and drain due to new ceiling height in master ste.

Bathroom exhaust ductwork; “rough” sheet-metal bond for future air conditioning. Heating: provide Combi gas boiler for d.n.w. needs and hydronic radiant heating of pool house.

2 geothermal systems.

Install a ductless split for the wine cellar.

Provide 1 condensing gas furnace with central air conditioning system to serve new second-floor area.

Provide bath exhaust for new powder room in foyer.

Interior work; specifications in file. Air handler units, rough DX pipe, condensate pipe, duct distribution system, bathroom exhaust ductwork, final controls, and rough gas pipe. No roof work; interior work only. Amendment (1/18/17): Roof work for a heat pump, removal of existing RTU, and a new rooftop unit (AAON).

Provide a dryer vent for the laundry room; extend the existing duct distribution system to serve the new master bath area; relocate existing supply air runouts to serve the new master walk-in closet.
