To take chimney down a little lower than roof line (1/3 down), keeping existing flue tiles that are currently in good condition. If any are broken during demo they would be replaced. Rebuild with new red brick (Will not match existing brick texture or exact color. Mortar Joints will also be different in color and style), new lead flashing and new cement crown.

To install WRT 4500 Pro Series Wood Pre-Fabricated Fireplace by Superior Venting: 12DM Pre-Fab Chimney by Superior - 23’ of mixed sized length of straight pipe, 2 fire stops, thimble for vertical terminations, storm collar and cap and a custom stainless steel chase cover.

Remove the existing wood pre-fabricated fireplace and venting. Remove one portion of the chase to access the venting. Install a Kozy Heat Nordik 36 Direct Vent Gas Fireplace with 4-by-6-foot direct-vent pipe and vertical termination. Repair the chase and install brick veneer. The chase will remain the same footprint and design. Install a stainless steel chase cover. No gas lines or electrical work are included; other contractors hired by the customer will perform that portion of the work.

Install 24†BirchLogs with GL24 3-Burner Electronic Ignition on/off remote Vented Gas Log Set by Regency - We are not installing Gas Lines.

Install Homeowners DelRay DV gas fireplace by Montigo with DV vertical termination.

Remove the current gas log set and install a new gas log set by Grand Canyon. No gas line work.

Install a 6" 30' 316T stainless steel liner kit for the oil furnace flue.

Install a wood fireplace insert in the existing fireplace with a stainless steel liner.

Install a wood insert in the existing fireplace and a stainless steel liner.
