This project will be an addition to the existing home. We will be replacing existing plumbing fixtures in the half bathroom on the first floor bath and converting the plumbing in the full bathroom for a master bathroom, which consist of a standing tub, water closet, and a double vanity; We will also be installing a sewer ejection setup for a new plumbing in the concrete floor of the basement for a full bathroom (shower, water closet and lavatory), a bar sink along with a dishwasher, icemaker fro refrigerator and a laundry room (washer/dryer). The sewage ejector pump will be connected to the existing building drain.

1 inch pipe from meter to first floor and basement appliances, (hvac and tankless water heater). Install new wardflex from BI in basement to hvac in the attic.

Plumbing rough in installation for half bath, kitchen sink on first floor, full bath and bar sink on second floor, installation of tanless water heater, run new gas lines to boiler and HVAC unit, possible new water main.

Mechanical - gas line for 120 gallon propane tank - for stove and electric range.
