Install new 200A mast-type service, meter, and grounding. The new 100A service is still energized. Once the new meter passes inspection, the panel will be updated at the same time Eversource energizes the new system and removes the old overhead drop.
The scope of this project is to remove and replace 21ft x 14 ft Kitchen with new cabinets, tops and appliances, 2 full bathrooms 1 10.5x5ft and 11ft x 10.5 ft and 2 - 6ft x 4 ft baths half bathrooms and 5ft x 8ft laundry, 2500 SF of new hardwood floors throughout entire first and second floor. Repaint entire interior of home trim, ceiling and walls. Kitchen Size 21ft x 14', finish existing 31ft x 26 ft basement to have a mud room, powder bath, work out area and playroom area with new stairs to code to the first floor. Rewire lighting and appliances in kitchen and bathrooms refit plumbing as noted.
Upgrade the old meter box. The main panel and all wiring to the main breaker panel remain the same. Remove and replace the existing meter box. Supply and install a 200amp meter box. Coordinate shutdown with Eversource.
Electrical for - Expand the existing 4-by-5-foot powder room to 5-by-7-foot and close off the existing 9-by-10.7-foot office entry into the 16-by-20-foot living room. Relocating the powder room toilet and sink. Finish the 21x13x8 existing walk basement and creat a new 16.5-by-8-foot. 3-by-8-foot mudroom in the existing unfinished basement with a new 3ft wide x 14 ft stairwell and stairs to the second floor back hall. Project will require mech make up air for the 125,00 btu boier and a ERV system.
