Replace an oil-fired boiler and water heater. Install two IBC natural gas wall-mounted boilers and one Navien natural gas wall-mounted on-demand water heater. Tie all three into the existing gas line. Run new CPVC/PVC exhaust and intake venting toward the driveway side of the building. Convert the existing oil steam boiler to natural gas and replace the burner with a Carlin natural gas burner.
