Living RoomAdd Electrical high and low voltage for future entertainment built-ins flanking fireplace. Garage Rough in for future sink.

Relocate 2 returns on third floor: floor two supplies, relocate 4 supplies, supply and install one new air handler and necessary duct work and reconnect 2 existing bath fans, and kitchen exhaust.

Relocate 2 returns 3rd: floor and two supplies, relocate 4 supplies. Supply and install one new hydro air and necc ductwork to accommodate extended master bedroom suite, reconnect 2 existing bath fans/install 1 new bath fan, kitchen exhaust.

IMC; relocate 2 supplies in the renovated bathroom; install 1 new ceiling exhaust fan; relocate 1 supply to the lower level.

Remove and repair existing damaged ductwork per kitchen fire; remove, repair, and re. Install kitchen exhaust duct, bathroom duct, and dryer exhaust duct; start up and test operation of existing equipment.

Reroute 1 return on the first floor. Install kitchen exhaust and 2 bathroom exhaust fans.

Replace 1 gas-fired furnace and one condensing unit; 1 condensing unit, coil, and furnace.

Complete installation of one 5-ton split system for the lower-level kitchen area; complete installation of 2 bathroom exhaust fans; complete installation of a duct system for return air rooftop unit; install all registers and grills; test.

Reconnect existing kitchen exhaust. Duct in new location.

Extend the existing duct to supply heating and cooling for the new addition; relocate 2 supplies in the mudroom; reconnect the existing condensing units.

Relocate 4 existing supply registers to accommodate the new kitchen area.

1 nw: hydro and air conditioning new master bedroom; 1 new ductless mini split new theater; supply new ducts and zone for finished third floor. Playroom; relocate 3 returns, first floor., relocate 7 supplies, first floor.; 2 new exhaust. Fans; install kitchen exhaust. And makeup air.

1 hydro a/r handler with air conditioning for lower level and first floor; 1 hydro a/r handler with air conditioning for second floor; kitchen exhaust ducting and bathroom exhaust ducting.

Relocate existing supply to return registers for third floor. Bath; MBR bathroom., WIC, MBR, laundry room, mudroom/laundry room.

Relocate 5 existing supply registers in the renovated mudroom, laundry, bath, and breezeway; 1 dryer exhaust vent; 1 bath for unit; install 1 gas-fired furnace and air conditioning for the existing room above the garage (furnace will be placed in the mechanical room in the garage).

Zone 1 - utilize existing eq. Partial new ductwork; Zone 2: one new Trane Tem6 A/h, and Trane new condenser; Zone 3: utilize existing eq. Partial new ductwork; Zone 4: one new Trane Tem6 A/H, 1 new Trane condenser; all related exhaust. Work, 1 ERV unit.

Replace the existing condensing unit and evaporator coil; place the condenser in a different location from the existing one.

Trane 2-stage gas furnace and air conditioning on the first floor, with 1 zone; Trane 2-stage gas furnace and air conditioning on the second and third floors, with 3 zones and 1 fresh air unit. Exhaust ductwork for bathroom, kitchen, and dryers.

Kitchen exhaust ductwork with makeup air; fresh air supply for existing mechanical space.

1 18000 btu split system for gym area, 1 18000 btu split system for lounge and pr. Ventilation for 1 bathroom. Vent.

Install or relocate 15 new lay-in diffusers and 8 return grilles to the new layout and ceiling plan. Existing equipment and main trunk ducts shall remain. Install a new dehumidifier for the lower level.

Exhaust duct for new bath fan; relocate 1 supply on the second floor in the bedroom. Reconnect 1 existing return register.

Exhaust duct, 1 new bathroom exhaust fan; relocate one existing supply duct in dining room.

Remediation per list provided by others, 9/25/19. Work performed on a time and material basis.

Install 1 ductless mini split unit with 2 wall-mounted cassettes; exhaust duct for kitchen, bathroom, and dryer vent. Amendment (12/7/16): Install ductless heat pump and wall-mounted unit for second space, front apartment; additional hire set for future unit; install condensate lines and rough refrigeration piping for future third-floor apartment.

Install an a/r handler, hydro coil, and condensing unit for a new addition on the second floor. Install 4 supply branches to the lower level for a future air-conditioning-only system on the first floor.

Install 2 new supply registers, new mudroom/ relocate one return; relocate 3 supplies, exhaust. For 1 bathroom., 1 dryer, exist. ea. and design to remain as is.

One Trane gas-fired furnace with air conditioning and 2 zones; one Trane gas-fired furnace with air conditioning and 1 zone.
