Replace the oil boiler with a new Keystone boiler.

First floor - 4 mitsubishi ductless wall hung blowers with 1 multi port and 3-ton hyper heat pump condenser, second floor - natural gas furnace in attic with air conditioning condenser and all necessary ducting for 1 zone, exhaust piping and gas piping from meter to furnace included.

Installation of heat pump for new additional built behind garage.

Existing boiler, air conditioning condenser, and air handler to remain. Add hydro coil and refabricate ductwork to create two zones on the left and right.

Install 2 Hydroaire systems with air conditioning and all necessary ducting for 1 zone each unit. Install a power venter for the existing gas boiler. Install a 55-gallon indirect hot water storage tank. Existing gas boiler: Weil McLain, 140000 input.

Mechanical: Remove and install a 2-ton heat pump with equipment.

Mechanical: Install a furnace with coil, condenser, and all necessary ductwork.

Mechanical: Replace air conditioning equipment with new equipment.

Mechanical: Install a gas furnace with necessary equipment.

Mechanical: install furnace and pressure-test gas line.

Convert the furnace from electric to natural gas with direct vent. Convert the hot water heater from electric to natural gas. Install gas piping from the new meter bar to both pieces of equipment.

Install gas furnace in attic w 3-ton evapcoil attch'd and connected to 3-ton condenser (14 veer); includes all nec ducting for 2 zones; 1 zone is first floor. And 2nd is second floor.; gas piping, elect. And drain to be completed by others.
