After many years of working for other companies in the Landscape and Masonry construction industry, I decided that I wanted to put my Landscape Design degree, natural creativity and hands on experience together and started my own design/build company. Stonebridge Associates is a full service Landscape Design, Construction and Maintenance company that focuses on residential properties throughout Fairfield County, CT. We specialize in the integration of swimming pools with the surrounding masonry and landscaping. We then help our clients protect their investment by providing them with complete landscape maintenance services.I always loved being outdoors when I was growing up. This led me to work at a local nursery handling plant material and learning what each plant was named and what conditions they liked. From there I began working for several landscape and masonry construction companies while going to college. I learned the construction process from the ground up, digging holes for trees, mixing cement, and installing drainage. As my interests became more defined and focused, I attended the University of Connecticut and obtained a degree in Landscape Design.After finishing school, I went to work for a local construction company that installed swimming pools, landscapes and masonry. I spent 8 years there learning how to coordinate and manage the multiple trades and contractors involved in bringing these projects to life. This is where the idea of starting my own design build company came from.Stonebridge Associates began with the idea of acting as a singular resource for homeowners wanting to unlock the hidden potential of their properties. A formal education in Landscape Design combined with many years of hands on field experience, allow me to be aesthetically creative yet practical at the same time. Guiding a project from the initial design concept through the various stages of construction is where my team at Stonebridge Associates really excels.
