Full home renovation to include a new kitchen addition off the rear of the home; a mudroom addition off the side of the existing garage; removal of the existing front covered porch and construction of a new front porch spanning the full width of the main box of the home; removal of the bay window bumpout on the front of the home; a new first-floor powder room; and a new second-floor addition over the existing garage to include a new bedroom and en-suite bath. Replace all windows and doors, siding, trim, and roof. Renovate the existing second-floor hall bath and master bathroom. Move the septic tank location and install a new 1250gl septic tank.

Remove and dispose of existing deck in its entirety. Demo existing dining room on rear of home and construct new dining room addition with small footprint expansion. Construct new landing and steps to rear yard. Renovate kitchen, modify first floor bathroom, converting it to a powder room. Update the master bathroom at existing location.

Interior renovations to include: Kitchen, family room, foyer, office, master bathroom, laundry, basement bar, basement gym. Includes new cabinets, counters, fixtures, and finishes. Some windows and exterior doors to be replaced. Update details of the existing front portico. "ADDING 1 half bathroom. Adding 250 SF of finished basement (creating a gym & powder room)."

Interior renovations to the mudroom, powder room, main foyer stairwell, second floor hallway, hall baths, kids’ bedroom, master bath, master closet, and miscellaneous window updates. Adding one (1) full bath.

Install new siding at the existing house.

Interior renovations to the kitchen, mudroom, family room, living room, and laundry, and a new pantry. Includes new windows and doors in the family room and living room.

As a reminder this is the second phase of this project. Phase 1 entailed the demo work to bring the structure down to the existing first floor deck framing. Phase 2 entails the construction of all new interior and exterior walls above the existing foundation and first floor deck framing to include 4 bedrooms, (3.5) baths, kitchen, laundry, living room, family room, tv room, and screened porch. The lower level will include a potting room, space for a future elevator (if needed), and expanded 2 garage that encompasses the entire footprint of the existing carport. Note: No landscapes or hardscapes have been decided at this point and therefore none of that work is included in this permit at this time.

Demolition of interior finishes only.

Finish the basement. The rooms will consist of a general lounge with a wet bar area, storage space, gym, mudroom hall, and full bathroom.

Demolish the existing Sunroom (100 SF PER APPLICANT). New addition on the side of the existing house to accommodate: New two car garage and Great room above"ADDING 795 SF OF IMPERVIOUS SURFACE AND 495 SF OF FOOTPRINT EXPANSION.""Driveway will be expanded & existing retaining wall will be modified and will be under 4 feet" per applicant.

First-floor addition, 21'10-3/4" x 7'9", to accommodate a new pantry and enlarge the existing laundry and guest bath.

Basement: New sauna. First floor: New kitchen cabinets and appliances. New den bar: new cabinets, appliances, and sink. Second floor: Celina's bathroom: new layout, plumbing, lights, cabinets, and fixtures. Guest room: new entry door and relocated closet. Attic: new cedar closet.

Install a new sink and a hydronic radiant floor heating system. The sink plumbing is going to the right back corner (see the attached updated floor plan in a clouded red revision). The sink will be connected to the proposed sewer ejector pump to the septic (see location in the updated site plan).

Interior renovations to the following locations: master bathroom, master closets, guest bathroom, and Oscar’s bathroom.

Update the existing finished basement entertainment room: install a wet bar with a sink, dishwasher, and undercounter fridge; build a soffit to match the existing one; install new under-cabinet lights, switches, and outlets; relocate existing ceiling lights; and install new built-ins.

Addition to the existing deck.

Interior alteration. First floor: New kitchen layout, new kitchen window, new mudroom, and new staircase from the garage to the mudroom. Second floor: New master bathroom layout, new walk-in closet layout, new den, new floor area above the lounge area, and replacement of 4 existing windows. Exterior work: New siding.

Kitchen Remodel.

Existing first floor: Relocate the kitchen, family room, dining room, and bedroom #2. Create a new layout for bathroom #1. Convert existing full bathroom #2 to half bathroom #2. Add a new exterior door to the back deck. Existing second floor: No work proposed.

Add a second story over a portion of the existing single-story structure, 644 SF. The second-story addition will contain a new master suite. Remodel a portion of the existing first story for a game room, office, bedroom, and full bathroom.

Existing basement: new bathroom and new finished area for a playroom.

Existing kitchen renovation: Update kitchen cabinets, add a pantry, create a new opening in the existing bearing wall between the kitchen and living room, and relocate electrical and plumbing fixtures.
