Two HVAC unit condersers were replaced with new ones, one in 2019 and one in 2024, and Bell Mechanical, from whom we bought the units and who installed them, never told us a permit is needed and did not obtain it. We need permit now since we are selling the property and closing is set for August 24. Thank you!
